Clarion Partners Invests in Bozeman with Highmark Development

Clarion Partners, LLC, a leading real estate investment manager, has partnered with Wentworth Property Company to develop Highmark, a new 162-unit townhome and apartment community in Bozeman, MT. This project, located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone, aims to provide high-quality rental housing in one of the U.S.'s fastest-growing micropolitan areas. With leasing starting in April 2025 and completion expected by late 2025, Highmark offers a range of unit styles near Montana State University and Downtown Bozeman.
