Jaime & Blanca Jarrín Foundation and Los Defensores Launch 2025 Scholarships for Law and Journalism Students

The Jaime & Blanca Jarrín Foundation (JBJF), alongside Los Defensores, has opened its 2025 Scholarship Application Program, offering financial aid to college students pursuing degrees in law and journalism from June 23 through July 20. This initiative, themed 'The Power of Believing,' highlights the significant impact of mentorship and support in empowering students from underserved communities to pursue their dreams and overcome obstacles.

Nicole Cordero of Los Defensores emphasized the importance of belief in unlocking students' potential, stating that scholarships are a way to invest in their futures and encourage them to 'salir adelante.'
